This document describes what personally identifiable information
Tier 9 Partners LP collects
on Websites it operates and how Tier 9 Partners uses the information
it collects.
- We archive standard Web server logs which identify visitors by IP address
and record their Web browser type and what Web pages they access.
- Some pages may require you to provide an e-mail address and other personal
information to gain access to information or to download a file (such as an
application installer). On such registration pages you will be told up-front
how this information will be used.
- As part of a registration process, we may permanently store a
"cookie" on your computer in order to identify you when you return
to our site. This cookie may contain the e-mail address you used when
registering. This cookie is used to identify you on future visits to the
site and re-grant access to areas of the site that required registration.
- We will never give your personal information to any third party except in
cases where a third party is a service provider that runs a e-mail
communication service used to contact you on our behalf. For example, we
might use a commercial mailing list service and would need to transmit
e-mail addresses to the third party in order to manage these lists. Such
third party would not be allowed to use your personal information or contact
you directly beyond the scope of Tier 9 Partners initiated communication.
- You can ask to be removed from any mailing lists we maintain as part of a
registration process by contacting us.
